Message	I've had them send me 2 blatantly f*cked up SW hardpipes that in no way could have happened in shipping, they've also been notoriously bad packers in the past. That said, I've always gotten decent service from them and eventually get what I pay for, my guess is they just have a minimum wage high school kid that pulls and packs parts.
